The Gold Horse Prophecy & Crystal Skulls

I was doing some research into two unrelated areas (I thought) - the 'crystal skulls' and 'gold prophecies' - more their alchemical attributes. First I came across the Nick Nocerino - Crystal Skull Interview [Part 13], a discussion about the Native American Skulls with 'Swift Deer'. A few days later in my 'gold' search, I suddenly found the information below relating to Swift Deer's 'Path of The Twisted Hairs'.

How did my mind know to surf the information and join the two through apparently unrelated searches. The answer was: "We are the Crystal Skull". They represent us in clear terms. They embody some connection to our eternal soul. We have to awaken to this truth and not look 'outside' at the world or at the skulls, or at the prophecies. We have to look inside and find the reflection within, find the truth within and from that observation understand the external world.

The Gold Horse Prophecy
For three years prior to 1254 BC, they dreamed and worked together with the Ark of the Crystal Skulls to "see" the potential and probable paths of evolution for humanity and planetary destiny. Their collective vision, recounted by a trained orator, is 24 hours in the telling.

The prophecies are told as a metaphor of a horse race with eight horses of different colors representing mankind's different choices at critical turning points in our interaction with each other, with nature and life in general. In the original speaking of the prophecies, the sweet Medicine animals were seen as dogs for the dog is the "keeper" of the belief systems of a people.

As a result of the impact of the Spanish destruction and conquest and the introduction of the horse to this continent, the elders saw that the "medicine" or alchemy of the race would change. The medicine of the horse is that it is the "carrier" of the belief systems of a people; thus it became a Race of Horses.

Of the eight horses in the race, there are four that represent the four directions of the wheel of life and they hold the balance in the race. They are The Red Horse, which carries the earth changes. Earthquakes, floods, droughts, reactivated volcanoes, critical changes in weather patterns - all these are the earth's way of rebalancing and purifying herself. These have escalated in the recent years both in frequency and intensity, as she has to deal with the destruction and imbalance humans continue to propagate.

The White Horse carries the impact of economic, industrial, technological and scientific forces on people and countries. The sacrifice of nature and people's freedoms and inalienable rights worldwide on the altar of profit and power are the legacy of this horse and feeds directly into the impact of the Dark Horse.

The Dark Horse carries the dark energy of mankind. Quite simply, it carries the worst in us.

The Gold Horse carries Beauty, Power, Individual Autonomy and Freedom in Peace. It also carries humans living in harmony with each other, caring for and protecting the Earth and the life she gives to us. It carries a world without ignorance, war, poverty, pestilence, and famine. The Gold Horse carries the best in us-our shining, our potential for greatness as enlightened humans, as Rainbow Warriors.

The Prophecies speak of the need for the collective presence and intent of 144,000 rainbow Warriors, i.e., awakened humans, fighting for peace, harmony, and individual autonomous freedom to bring the Gold Horse to victory.

According to the Prophecies, the Dark Horse is leading the race at this time and lunging ahead of the Gold Horse. What does this have to do with you and me, really?

Dark Horse - Kali Yuga

Reading the Golden Horse Prophecy, I realised that the prophecy has many layers, and in some way the dark horse is the Vedic Kali Yuga: "We now live in Kali-yuga, the iron age, the most degraded of the four ages (kali literally means "quarrel and hypocrisy")."

The Western mind is so out of balance, because it sees life in linear terms of 'black and white', 'good and evil', 'light (good) evil (dark)'. The Western mind is opposed in its own duality - right side of the brain, left side of the brain. The eyes 'see', the ears 'hear'. This views the world through horizontal lense, with no vertical axis.

I don't agree that the 'dark horse' carries the worst of us, or represents the worst of us. Because nature is never black and white. Anything out of balance will create problems. The power of the dark horse is not 'bad' and the power of the gold horse is not 'good' - because an out of balance 'gold horse' will create its own kind of disorder.

For the Ancestors day and night are balanced, they co-exist, they are related. But if daylight wants to throw away the dark night then the balance has gone. I see that the dark horse is running on its own out of balance and humans today are not strong enough to bring this aspect of themselves into balance. It is a runaway horse. People just go along with that. They are not sorting it out inside themselves.

All institutions, all religions, all political dominations and corporate industries are full of the out-of-control drive and power of the dark horse. Everyone is fighting and everyone wants to be 'strong', and be the 'alpha dog', and have power, take control. They are so addicted to the character of this energy (the last stage of the Kali Yuga Period), that they are insane with the effects of this drive - it is like a drug.

Jiddu Krishnamurti left a lot of subtle clues for people to discover. He said that the two 'horses' have to run together, in balance - not one pulling ahead. He said: If you are driving three horses - each desiring to run independently of the other two - unless you are able to control them and drive them all together, you will not reach your destination."

Invisible Worlds of Our Ancestors

As a young child I saw in dreams the troubled times we now live in. In these dreams I saw another world presence, totally shut out of the lives of people on this planet. In some ways, this pictured Crop Circle drawn onto the fields of Wiltshire, represents the merging of realities and the emerging missing piece!

The invisible worlds were visible to our ancestors...

There are two factors here that one has to be aware of. When you can see that which is hidden, you can be aware of influence, manipulation and deception. That is the negative aspect of hidden forces. Our ancestors would defeat those influences from within. They built up psychic/spirit immune system by embodying frequencies of integrity, honesty and courage. You do not lie, cheat and deceive people. You do not lie to yourself. This is very important to the time we are now entering.

We are going to see extremes of behaviour ranging from heroic to the lowest form of corruption and selfishness. Entering our world, unseen by most of the people on the earth, the "feminine" force is altering the background frequency that holds our physical reality together.

In the dreams I had as a child I was shown that it would be this unseen mystical force that would trigger the falling apart of everything corrupt. It would destroy the network of lies and deceptions. This heavy-lead-male force inhabiting the planet cannot not hold itself together inside something so fragile, so pure and innocent.

We are moving out of an age defined by "father and son" and we are moving into an age defined by "mother and child". These are only archetypes or templates upon which physical matter organises its dominant reality. Therefore, mother (the womb) and child (birth) encompasses the birth of male and female in balance, as well as sharing, and nurturing that which is growing.

The feminine does not mean women - as there are currently many women who exhibit extreme heavy-lead-male attributes, and there are many men who exhibit gentle, caring, nurturing feminine attributes. There can be a woman's body and inside is a man. You can have a man's body and inside there is a woman.

The one thing we lost over the past 12,000 years is the True Male Force, in balance, in a state of love and respect for himself, for women and children, for animals, respect for the oceans and for the planet he lives on. The male shares this planet with many other life forms, and these life forms are part of him.

We lost the inwardly integrated male force in balance with himself and in balance with the earth. This new era is part of nurturing and growing that inwardly balanced male plant on the planet in this coming time.

The problems we face add up to total exhaustion and degradation of the physical environment, heading to a total collapse by 2050. Some of the fastest growing populations will face severe water shortages, loss of healthy natural habitat, increasing periods of drought, unexpected storms and devastating floods.

If you imagine a family where half are made of spirit (light) and half are made of dense physical matter. Where all parts of this family live (in spirit) beyond time and beyond space. There are times when some of the family live in physical matter, where they experience life on planets in a universe of stars. What separated them from seeing each other?

Invisible Worlds of Our Ancestors
There were psychic wars on earth many ages ago. During those wars people turned on each other. There was a great madness where family turned on each other, and friends turned on each other. This bond in the negative got real vicious and there was a lot of resentment and jealousy. There was a big struggle for power on earth. Everything got fragmented and balance was destroyed.

In this time the bridge between the physical worlds and the spirit worlds was open, and people could easily cross between the dense physical world into the lighter spirit world and back. People (then) knew that the two worlds existed side by side and were very close.

The fighting between the earth people caused a lot of shaking across the bridge connecting the physical worlds and the spirit worlds. The wars that were building began to upset the people of spirit. So a greater force stepped in and shut the door between the two worlds, and this force told all people to sort it out for themselves. That no one was going to come in and stop them fighting, so if they wanted to destroy each other then, go ahead... Only they would not be allowed to destroy the earth. If the people on earth crossed a certain line then they would be destroyed and all would be peace again (without them).

If your heart is true and you look across that broken bridge, you can still see your true spirit looking back at you... and if you listen with your heart you can hear that spirit voice and understand its guidance.

The Monster With The White Eyes

Handed down as a traditional Cherokee story from grandmother to grandchild, the storyteller cautions that long ago before the Europeans discovered Turtle Island and her indigenous people, the elders of those people warned of the monsters with white eyes yet to come. Similar stories are to be found among the Aztecs and Mexican people.

The spirits foretold that the monster with white eyes would cross the great eastern water. The monster would possess evil and terrifying power, and would wreak destruction in its path. The spirits of the animals and trees began to wither.

Prophecy states that Mother Earth herself would be devastated and her heartbeat would become faint. The monster was said to devour the children of Turtle Island tribe by tribe, with no escape. If one did survive, its spirit would be dead since it would now be lost and have no connection to its ancestors.

The story tells that one day the Earth would begin to sing a death song due to the severity of the harsh conditions.

When this happens, the children of the people who followed the white-eyed monster to the island would look into their hearts and realize that they faced annihilation at the hands of their fathers.

They would find that the spirits of the children of the tribes had been reborn, waiting to guide the children of the white-eyed monster. The few keepers of the truth would emerge, becoming strong enough to overcome the power of the white-eyed monster, restoring Mother Earth back to health.

The children of the tribes of Turtle Island would lead the people back to the right way. The races would live in peace, the spirit of the animals and trees would return to safety, and the monster with white eyes would fail to exist.

Highlands Earth Vision: Stob Coire Celtic Seer

There seemed a great imbalance in heaven and earth. Many people of the earth planet were getting sickness of heart and mind. People no longer respected each other, and worst of all people no longer respected the earth mother. There was a great destruction and killing of the plant-animal brothers and sisters that did not have to be. Greed and waste became important gods of the cities, seeming to rule the earth at this time.

To understand the consequences for the people of earth if they continued to turn against one another, and live their false path of hatred and destruction, I walked far into the mountains of the Northwest Highlands seeking an answer. As I came to the top of the valley, I saw a tall cloaked and hooded man with golden antlers and bright blue ancestral eyes. The Native People called him Cernunnos. He is the spirit of nature.

I climbed higher as the hooded man floated out of reach, like a rainbow whose end you can never touch upon. He seemed far beyond my troubled and inquiring mind. I received an impression of timelessness and love beyond all sorrows of the present earth.

Sacred Medicine of Earth Mother

IT IS OUR PURPOSE, each of us, to bring balance to the Earthly Mother. In doing this, we bring balance to ourselves.

Within each of us, male and female, are male and female elements. For the past few thousand years, since the rise of settled civilizations in the West, the energy of the Earth has been tilted toward the masculine, a patriarchal power. This is not bad. It just is. In the scheme of things, perhaps it was necessary to provide the impetus for the rise of hierarchy, to bring order to the world in human relations.

We would not be a global society today without it. Technology, the result of the literal, rational left-brain thinking of the male power, is not a bad thing. It is a powerful force. But when out of balance with its goal-oriented, task-formed action, it also has negative influences such as cruelty, dominance, war and action without regard for others. And it is not the whole truth. Being literal, straight-line energy, its "truth" can be easily broken. (An example is legalese: How something can be true and false at the same time. How it can indicate one thing while meaning another, allowing "advantage" to one over another.)

The female power is necessary to hold the excesses of the male power in check. Female power is holistic, circular, right-brained. Its "truth" is often not easily described because it is non-rational, more symbol than word, difficult to put into literal words that separate ideas and, thereby, doesn't represent the "whole" truth when put into words. (An example would be: "My heart is warm and the birds sing, the Earth and I are one." It is true and totally true, and cannot be dissected, nor verified in a rational way.)

Prior to the ascension of the male power, for thousands of years, before even recorded time, societies around the Earthly Mother were based on female power, goddess energies. They took many forms, but the female energy of the Earth was bountiful, as the communal societies that resided in that power, receiving pleasure through the gifts of air, water, earth and fire.

It was a time of community when the interests of the whole took precedence. The tribe, the people came first. This is female energy: Inclusion, wholeness, being receptive and fertile to be in synergy with the male power. In balance, to provide abundance. Female power alone cannot sustain, as it needs the male power to come to fruition. But neither can the male power exist alone, for it lacks the ability to sustain. You Inherit What You Are

If you look back down the stream of events over the last two thousand years, you will see a particularly dirty trail of smoke following our actions in the now. This means that in the now [this moment], we people on the earth keep lighting fires. Then we leave those fires unattended - to burn. Communities, societies and countries do not really care too much what happens after they light the fires and walk away.

The kind of fires that were lit over the past thousand years destroyed ancient cultures, eliminated ancient knowledge, implemented genocide and rolled right over our ancestors... crushing them... After all... we are human! Why destroy each other? Who would do such a thing? We do it to ourselves, even if we get a lot of help from parasitic demonic life forms and other time lines. Divide and conquer, conquer and divide. Why are we humans happy to live in this way? Perhaps, because it gives us the upper hand.

Kill your neighbour and you inherit his land. However, the short-sighted brain does not understand that the stench from the past will blow around to choke him to death in the future. The past is the future and so be careful how you live now.

Villages, communities, races and continents have been wiped out in the name of colonisation. The strong [militarily] rule the weak. Stone cottages lie in heaps of rubble in the Scottish Highlands, and the Native American communities turned to dust, as do all people who stand in the way of globalisation. The stench and the clouds of black smoke get thicker and thicker, overclouding the immediate future.

The Buddhist would say that the people who choke to death in the future clouds of toxic behaviour (smoke) are the ones who perpetuated these crimes in the past. The East call it the wheel of Karma... The system collapses, self-punishing itself over and over again. Greed and the dark clouds of regret spin into a storm-vortex effecting the world and all who reside upon it. Unless you know how to affect a radical change.

As the toxic smoke appears in front of us at a time we thought we had left it behind, be aware of genuine heart felt compassion. This is the only clear guide through the obsfucation of who we are, why we are here and the light that is guiding us. In the years ahead you may hear your ancestors cry, suffer, feel fear, their sense of loss and you may pity them. Follow their echoing cries into the light, compassion is there to guide you.

Once the toxic smoke from the colonial fires have dispersed in the fresh cleansing breeze coming from the western shores, people will be able to see and hear again. The seeing is the inner clarity that corruption, deception and lies are not among friends. The hearing is the knowledge of what is right action. The untouchable is truth, but this is a fruit we can eat and it will nourish us. 

Much later the fires and the dark toxic clouds will be a thing of the past.

Love, respect and truth will be a thing of the future.

Thomas Banyacya, who spent half a century on a tireless and often thankless Hopi spiritual mission to save the planet from the ravages of modern materialism and greed, died on Feb. 6 at a hospital in Keane Canyon, Ariz., about 40 miles from his home in Kykotsmovi on the Hopi reservation. He was 89 and the last of four messengers named by Hopi elders in 1948 to warn the world of impending doom.

The 15,000 or so Hopis are a small nation, but their sense of burden is great. According to a 900-year-old religious tradition, the Great Spirit Maasau'u, Guardian of the Earth, assigned them the duty of preserving the natural balance of the world and entrusted them with a series of ominous prophecies warning of specific threats and providing guidance on how to avoid them.

The prophecies remained a secret oral tradition until 1948, when Hopi religious leaders, alarmed by reports of the atomic bomb's mushroom cloud, which they saw as the destructive ''gourd of ashes'' foretold in the prophecies, appointed Mr. Banyacya and three others as messengers to reveal and interpret the prophecies to the outside world.

Mr. Banyacya seems to have been an obvious choice. At a time when many Hopis were beginning to embrace modern ways, even accepting the governmental jurisdiction of the United States, he had remained so steadfast in his devotion to the sacred traditions and cherished sovereignty of the Hopi that he had spent seven years in jail rather than register for the draft in World War II.

As he tirelessly explained, the Hopi, whose very name means ''peaceful,'' reject fighting in wars, especially for another nation.

(His moral stand apparently had an impact. In 1953, according to Hopi commentators, after writing a letter to President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Mr. Banyacya helped win an understanding with local Selective Service officials that any Hopi who requested classification as a conscientious objector would receive it.)

Mr. Banyacya's special feelings for his culture emerged early. A native of the Hopi village of Moencopi, he attended the Sherman Indian School in Riverside, Calif., where he was so distressed at being required to use the name Jenkins, which his father had accepted, that he later insisted on using his Hopi name.

At the all-Indian Bacone College in Oklahoma, where he was a star long-distance runner, he chafed at the lack of attention to indigenous cultures and helped establish an Indian lodge where students sang and performed traditional ceremonies.

Although his later efforts to persuade the world to respect nature and protect the environment under the threat of a devastating ''purification,'' produced indifferent results, along the way he forged spiritual alliances with indigenous people around the world and was credited with reviving interest among American Indians in their native cultures.

Mr. Banyacya, whose work was supported by donations, traveled widely in the United States and abroad, something that was made a bit tricky by his refusal to apply for an American passport. It was a reflection of his spiritual appeal that he managed to attend several foreign conferences using a Hopi passport encased in buckskin.

Although his appointment as interpreter of the prophecies gave him a broad mandate, from the beginning his main focus was on securing a hearing at the United Nations in accordance with an ancient prophecy to take the Hopi message of peace, as he put it, ''to the Great House of Mica on the Eastern shore where the nations come together to solve world problems without war.''

Although he was often warmly received by United Nations officials, his efforts to give a speech were repeatedly rebuffed. But then, as he explained, the elders had told him to knock on the door four times.

On his fourth attempt, in 1992, he was allowed to make a brief speech at the General Assembly hall, but on a day when the General Assembly was in recess. Only a few delegates were present when he carefully sprinkled cornmeal on the podium and then delivered his message stressing the need for world leaders to listen to those still living in harmony with nature.

A fierce opponent of uranium mining and a variety of other industrial assaults on the environment, Mr. Banyacya warned that an endless quest for material wealth would destroy the balance of the world; yet he did not reject all modern conveniences. Your World Will Shake

The changes in your world are in the process of accelerating. The forces of darkness and light are polarizing and becoming more separated and clearly defined. It will be difficult to avoid making choices between the two clear options as the stresses of separation increase.

During this final intensification, your world will shake as has not been experienced but in far distant memories of previous continental destructions. You are entering into a period where the earth will shake in many places almost simultaneously. This is now beginning its buildup and will continue increasing so that a clear pattern will be recognized within the next few months. Many will be afraid and will fear that the predictions for massive earth changes, including the sinking of lands, massive inundation, and rising of new lands in the oceans, are upon you. There will be new eruptions as the pressures building beneath the Earth's surface are released.

This shaking is both a result of the inability of your leadership and your governance mechanisms to change in response to the many warnings that have been given, as well as our way to shake many more into a new awareness that major changes are necessary if your world is to survive its many assaults.

In the beginning, the quakes will not be massive in terms of creating great destruction. However, they will be many and will tend to increase in magnitude in those areas that are accustomed to quakes, and will also occur in greater numbers in places that do not normally experience quaking. As we say, the quaking will increase in numbers and will only begin to increase slightly in magnitude. However, this quaking will gradually increase in magnitude until there is sufficient attention given to its threats and until there is significant change in the methods of honoring the Earth. Many will feel the shaking, even in areas that are far distant from the actual quake epicenters.

We do not wish to create panic, nor do we wish to cause pain and destruction. However, a shakeup is necessary in order to change the relationships that many Earth inhabitants have with each other, with the sacredness of the land itself, and with the ways of governance. We are entering into a time where the people themselves must assume more responsibility for creating their own safety and their own communities, and to take control of their governance out of the hands of those who have only self-interest and who seek to control the minds and the economies of the masses for personal benefit. We tell those who are secure in their understanding and honoring of community and Earth not to fear these changes, but to embrace them with compassion and joy, for they will result in a new unity, a new peace, and a new harmony. We ask that those who are practiced in the ways of honoring the ground upon which they stand and honoring the Earth spirit step up their efforts to educate others and make their philosophies known.

We ask those to speak out to make their governments and their leaders accountable for their actions. We ask that they take even greater responsibility to speak their truths and to not fear what others might think or say. There is power in numbers; there is power in truth; there is power in a single individual speaking his or her truth, even to small groups. We tell you unequivocally that, as those of you who have an understanding of the sacredness of the Earth, and a passion for your cause speak out and be heard, and spread the word of truth to those close to you, the Earth will settle back down and become like a refreshing garden, nurturing and comforting you and providing a new level of safety and security.

At the same time, we will tell you that amazing new announcements, discoveries, and revelations will continue to be made that will help shift public opinion and awareness of new possibilities. These will be related to Earth history, energy sources, cosmic relationships, and previously hidden documents. These discoveries and announcements are designed to open eyes that have been refusing to see. The pressure has been building in intensity to reveal previously-guarded secret information. As more of these announcements are made, it will help to relieve the need for geologic shakeups.

We know that Wayne has been getting urges over the past several days to write something about the coming shakeups, as he has been seeing small hints, but has been reluctant to do so, for fear that it may not be accurate. We ask him to have the courage to share this information with others and to not fear that it might not be totally accurate, for it may encourage others to speak that may not otherwise be heard.

MEGALITHIC SITES MARK THE START OF THE CALENDAR
Geographic locations of megaliths were intentionally oriented to the stars and to objects of the heavens in a given era. For Neolithic sites, the cardinal date seems to be December 25, 3117 BC (-3116 by astronomy) when eclipses involving the conjunction of the Sun, Moon and Jupiter occurred at the tip of the "boat" of Capricorn (as calculated by Starry Night Pro, ISBN 1-894395-01-8), with Mars and Saturn at Spica in Virgo, and the rest of the visible planets at the Winter Solstice point. This unique phenomenon was well suited to start the first long-term human calendar - retained in e.g. Hindu and Maya calendration.

THE BRAINS BEHIND THE MEGALITHIC SYSTEM
Some complex stones show a singular style, perhaps from one artist, who we call Merlin for lack of a better name, presumably residing at Kents Cavern (which has a room showing Siamese twins), and who we equate with the legendary physician Aesculapius of the fabled Argo of Jason. The Argonauts (argos = earth), as we shall show, were the first men to conduct a wide-reaching geodetic survey of Earth. "Merlin" as a name probably goes back to the root MER- meaning "measure, survey" in ancient Indo-European, e.g. Latvian. We will allege that Merlin was buried at Paviland as the first modern scientist ("sorcerer" or "shaman") and that his exploits are also recorded in Pharaonic Egypt as NAR-MER (measurer of earth and heaven - NAHR) and that his contemporary follower King Orry, who is buried on the Isle of Man, is probably the fabled King Arthur of legend, known in our analysis as Hor-Aha in Pharaonic Egypt, whose Twelve Knights of the "Round Table" were the Argonauts of old, and whose Round Table was the Zodiac of Stars. Copperheads & The Trail Of Tears

Most of my life I have observed a strange association between the behaviour of animals, sea creatures and birds that relate in an intimate way to events in our world. Not only obvious signs where animals sense the danger of earthquakes or approaching storms, but signs where nature seems to talk to us directly from the invisible world. These deeper signs are more complex and they speak a very ancient direct language, a sign language that is understood through the heart and less through the rational mind.

Take, for example, the latest unusual and therefore attention catching behaviour of Copperhead snakes in Littlerock Arkansas. Nearly 100 Copperhead snakes are using the Cedar tree as a place of gathering ... The snakes began to swarm in the back yard of Arkansas, resident, Chuck Miller.

He knew it was too early for the Copperheads to swarm plus he'd never seen so many snakes together before. Copperheads don't usually move into groups, or "aggregates," until late September to October for hibernation. Unusual Summer Swarm of Arkansas Copperheads

The actual behaviour of the snakes is even more interesting. The snakes are gathering mainly around a large cedar tree:

"The snakes tend, as they move toward the cedar tree, they have been exhibiting unusual behavior which has not been described before in copperheads. They raise their heads and it looks like they are sniffing the air. Then they go down to the surface of the ground and rub the sides of their heads against the soil and then move up into the air again, like they are trying to sense something. They do this around the cedar tree. Afterward, they move off in almost a direct line up to the top of the ridge."

The most obvious questions have been do the Copperheads sense an approaching earthquake, as snakes are sensitive to vibration or an extremely severe and unusual change in the weather? However, look at the above description of their behaviour around the tree.

Trail of Tears, one of Illinois' state forests, is situated in western Union County, five miles northwest of Jonesboro and 20 miles south of Murphysboro. Just over 5,000 acres are within the State Forest. Two species of poisonous snakes, timber rattlesnakes and northern copperheads, occur here.

The area was used extensively by prehistoric Native Americans. Individuals and small groups hunted game or gathered nuts within the Ozarks, but established their settlements closer to the Mississippi River or Clear Creek. Chert was mined (for making tools) at Iron Mountain, east of the Forest.

As settlers of European descent entered (around 1803), Native Americans were pushed south and west. In 1838-39 the Cherokee, Creek, and Chickasaw nations were forced by the U.S. Army to move from the southeast to reservations in Oklahoma Territory. They overwintered at makeshift camps 4 miles south of the Forest's southern boundary. Bitter cold and starvation claimed hundreds of lives. The cruel trek came to be known as the "Trail of Tears." The State Forest's name memorializes the tragic event.

Arkansas is one of the four routes on which the Cherokee Indians were forced to walk "The Trail Of Tears" from Georgia to Oklahoma. There is more. Not only does the history of the area stretching from Illinios to Arkansas meet with the brutal treatment of the Cherokee, but another story emerges that relates directly to events in the USA today.

The Copperheads Anti War Movement - 1863

Not every person living in the North during the Civil War favored making war against the Confederacy. Such persons came to be identified as Copperheads. Often affiliated with the Democratic party and residing in the Midwest, Copperheads favored a negotiated peace settlement that would allow the South to leave the Union. Some of them were arbitrarily thrown into jail without proper habeas corpus proceedings after publicly advocating their views.

The American Civil War

By 1863, America's northern states and southern states had been fighting a bitter, bloody civil war for two years.

Both sides felt the pressure of the costly struggle. The south was beginning to suffer from a lack of supplies and men for its armies. The north was beginning to suffer from a lack of fighting spirit. Many Americans in northern states did not support the war policies of Union President Abraham Lincoln. Some said openly that they did not care who won the war. They just wanted to be left alone.

Coal miners in Pennsylvania protested against a law drafting men into the Union army. They rioted and attacked officials who tried to take them. Soldiers were sent to Pennsylvania to put down the riots. Farmers in Ohio also protested. They refused to be drafted.

The law said a man who was drafted could stay out of the army by doing one of two things. He could pay the government three hundred dollars. Or he could pay another man to serve in his place. If a drafted man could not do either thing, then he must join the army or be shot as a deserter.

In the wartime economy of the north, prices were rising much faster than wages. Even a man with a good job had a difficult time feeding his family. It was impossible for him to pay the government three hundred dollars or pay someone else to serve for him in the army.

Poor men protested against the law. They said it was unfair. "It's a rich man's war," they cried, "but a poor man's fight. The rich man's money against the poor man's blood."

The leaders of the anti-war movement in the north were members of the opposition Democratic Party. They wore on their coats a copper penny showing the head of a native American Indian. This gave them the name "Copperheads. " One important Copperhead was a former congressman from Ohio, Clement Vallandigham.

Tecumseh and the New Madrid Earthquake

"The story you are about to be told is true...." Indeed, the three responses to this topic are excerpts taken from "The Frontiersmen," an authentic historical novel describing how the white man took the Ohio Valley and Kentucky from the Indians. The events they describe are also recorded in several other authentic historical novels, one of which is the biography of Tecumseh entitled "Panther-Across-the-Sky," which, unfortunately, I've not had the opportunity to read yet.

When I studied Earth Science, I learned about the New Madrid earthquake -- the most violent and destructive tremor ever to strike North America in recorded history. Centered in New Madrid, Illinois, where the Ohio and Missouri rivers meet the Mississippi, this massive quake severely shook the entire eastern half of the continent. Chimneys fell all the way up in Maine from this one. And it wasn't merely a single quake, but a series of them spanning a period of four months.

The New Madrid quake is especially intriguing not only because of its unparalleled power, but also because it occurred in an area which is normally devoid of tectonic activity, including earthquakes. The implication is that this monster quake originated far deeper in the North American crust than is usual for an earthquake."

However, what I was never was taught by either Earth Science of American History is that Tecumseh didn't merely predicted the New Madrid earthquake. In truth, Tecumseh didn't merely "predict" this tectonic event, he actually "prophesied" this greatest earthquake ever to hit the continent. Tecumseh's prophecy was given many months in advance of the quake, and was accurate down to the very day it occurred. One of the odd enigmas of truth hidden under the veneer of American History is that this quake was actually his signal to the Indians of North America to unite in an army and drive the invading, land stealing whites off the continent.

This true story reveals a hidden dimension to American History and Geology which shakes not only the earth, but our very rational conceptions of the relationship between Science and Spirit, between Geology and Gaia. This is what I call "Herstory," and it is covered up because it forces us to confront certain political, racial and spiritual realities that are embarrassingly inconsistent with official dogmas. Yet, any thoughtful person must give a long pause to contemplate the implications of this untold tale.

At 2:30 A.M. the earth shook.

In the south of Canada, in the villages of the Iroquois, Ottawa, Chippewa and Huron, it came as a deep and terrifying rumble. Creek banks caved in and huge trees toppled in a continuous crash of snapping branches.

In all of the Great Lakes, but especially Lake Michigan and Lake Erie, the waters danced and great waves broke erratically on the shores, though there was no wind.

In the western plains, there was a fierce grinding sound and a shuddering, which jarred the bones and set teeth on edge. Earthen vessels split apart and great herds of bison staggered to their feet and stampeded in abject panic.

To the south and west, tremendous boulders broke loose on hills and cut swaths through the trees and brush to the bottoms. Rapidly running streams stopped and eddied, and some of them abruptly went dry and the fish that had lived in them flopped away their lives on the muddy or rocky beds.

To the south, whole forests fell in incredible tangles. New streams sprang up where none had been before. In the Upper Creek village of Tuckabatchee, every dwelling shuddered and shook, and then collapsed upon itself and its inhabitants.

To the south and east, palm trees lashed about like whips, and lakes emptied of their waters, while ponds appeared in huge declivities which suddenly dented the surface of the earth.

All over the land, birds were roused from their roosting places with scream of fright and flapping wings. Cattle bellowed and kicked, lost their footing, and were thrown to the ground where they rolled about, unable to regain their balance.

In Kentucky, Tennessee and the Indiana Territory, settlers were thrown from their beds, heard the timbers of their cabins wrench apart, and watched the bricks crumble into heaps of debris masked in choking clouds of dust. Bridges snapped and tumbled into rivers and creeks. Glass shattered, fences and barns collapsed and fires broke out. Along steep ravines, the cliff side slipped and filled their chasms, and the country was blanketing with a deafening roar.

In the center of all this, in that area where the Ohio River meets the Mississippi, where Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, and Illinois come together, fantastic splits appeared in the ground and huge tracts of land were swallowed up. A few miles from the Mississippi, near the Kentucky-Tennessee border, a monstrous section of ground sank as if some gigantic foot had stepped on the soft earth and mashed it down. Water gushed forth in fantastic volume and the depression became filled and turned into a large lake, to become known as Reelfoot Lake.

The whole midsection of the Mississippi writhed and heaved and tremendous bluffs toppled into the muddy waters. Entire sections of land were inundated, and others that had been riverbed were left high in the air. The Mississippi itself turned and flowed backwards for a time. It swirled and eddied, hissed and gurgled, and at length, when it settled down, the face of the land had changed. New Madrid was destroyed and the tens of thousands of acres of land, including virtually all that was owned by Simon Kenton, vanished forever; that which remained was ugly and austere.

Such was the great sign of Tecumseh.

This was the earthquake which occurred where no tremor had ever been recorded before; where there was no scientific explanation for such a thing happening; where no one could possibly have anticipated or predicted that an earthquake could happen. No one except Tecumseh.

And though they were only a small percentage of those who had pledged themselves to do so, nevertheless quite a number of warriors of various tribes gathered up their weapons and set out at once to join the amazing Shawnee chief near Detroit.

The earthquake of December 16 was only a starter. It lasted, intermittently, for two terror-filled days; and at the end of that time, the atmosphere was so choked with dust and smoke that for a week afterwards the sun shone sickly reddish-bronze through an ugly haze.

The second earthquake struck on January 23, and the third hit four days later. And finally, on February 13, came the last and worst of them -- a hideous grinding and snapping which last for only an hour, but caused about as much damage as the other three combined.

THE WHITE BUFFALO PROPHESY

There are many recent signs and portents on the positive side. On August 20, 1994, a white buffalo was born on a farm in Janesville, Wisconsin, fulfilling ancient predictions of many Native Americans tribes that peace will come to men of all colors when the white buffalo returns. As a white buffalo matures, it's hair changes colors, becoming yellow, brown and black - the colors of all human races - before becoming white again.

After Native Americans started showing up on his farm to see the little buffalo, the astonished farmer named her "Miracle". Miracle has now gone through all of her color changes and is white again, fulfilling the prophecy. The birth of a white tiger in Thailand in 1994 fulfilled an oriental prophecy of world peace - and the tiny tiger was named Peace. A white whale was sighted off the coast of Australia, fulfilling an Aboriginal prophecy of peace.

Interestingly, all of these animals appeared in the same year, 1994, which may have been the real year 2000 of the Christian era.

We have been warning people of Earth Changes for many years -- NOT because the future is "set in stone", but because much of what is to come can be avoided.

Obviously if human societies worldwide continue to destroy the earth environment, then we will reap the consequences of our own behaviour. And yet, for every human being who turns to listen to nature, the trees and their Ancestors there is a new wave created that is not embedded in negativity, critisizing and self dis-empowerment. The programming in the negative is heavy, and yet all we need do is IGNORE IT and do our own thing.

How can any group rejoice at destruction? What kind of human being can be self-righteous about mass deaths and suffering? I - personally - have had enough of this mass negativity sweeping the web. I now tell people not to send me negative emails announcing or justifying "the violent destruction and end of the world". Strangely these people are like parasites -- as they then reply: "Oh! I don't want to take you off my list."

Why do they not want to take me off their programming lists? Because they are bombarding our minds with their twisted reality! So, I just "click & delete".

The Invisible world warned me over many months of the coming: "Big one!" But the Guides have a strange way of teaching. First they showed me that their warnings are accurate, and now they are showing me a way to act with my mind, with my heart and with my Spirit -- To Heal.

I have seen their warnings form into this 3D world, and I know that their Guidance of Spirit will be just as accurate. They are saying: We can -- with our Minds -- change this reality.

What that means is that our heartfelt interaction with nature, the mountains and the trees, will counteract a potentially DESTRUCTIVE series of events.

What the Guides mean is that nations may go to war, but they will not succeed if the mind of man refuses all wars. By succeed, I mean creating a lasting Tyrrany -- Tyr "The God of War". They may go to war, but they will be impotent in their future goals and much later others will work to heal the fractures.

So, lets be positive, enduring in our intent and focus. Let us be Silent Navigators of Peace. Let us be an expression of Joy on this world. Let us be the Sky Dolphins walking among man, teaching Guardianship, Love and Enduring Peace.
